12 Psychiatrists and doctors from other specialties provide 24 hours uninterrupted OP and IP care for the patients. The three unit of doctors namely H1, H2, H3 along with a unit from the Department of Psychiatry at Government Medical college MC Unit manage the OP on all days in rotation. Treatment and rehabilitation of the patients in each unit is ensured by the unit under the guidance of Unit Chief.The Department also provides academic training for house surgeons.
